Q: How much is shipping and how is it applied?
A: For our online SHOP purchases, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and added to your order total. We are committed to providing competitive shipping rates through ground delivery service. This approach allows us to maintain cost-effective shipping while ensuring reliable delivery of your selections.
For service clients, your personalized wardrobe package includes a flat-rate shipping fee of $15, which will be reflected in your final invoice.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, with all purchases shipped the following business day. Orders take 3-7 days to arrive. If you have not received in said window, please contact us.
Returns
For online store purchases, all sales are final. Hues does not issue returns, exchanges or store credit.
As our online collection consists of carefully curated secondhand items, we recommend thoroughly reviewing product descriptions and images prior to purchase. Each garment may exhibit subtle signs of previous wear. Should you require additional information about a specific item, our team is available to provide comprehensive details, including supplemental photographs and a condition assessment. To request said information, please follow our "contact" link.
For clients utilizing our personal styling service, we offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery of your curated styling box. A prepaid return label is included for your convenience. Please package, postmark and drop off any intended returns within 4 days of your original package delivery. This timeframe ensures we can process and return items to our brand partners within their standard 30-day return policy. If this return window is missed, you will be invoiced for the cost of the garment.
