Such media may be captured by HUES LLC personnel or submitted by myself as the child's parent/legal guardian.  I understand that this media may be used in print publications, presentations, websites and social media and is not irrevocable. I acknowledge and agree that no monetary compensation, royalties, fees or other compensation shall become payable to me nor my child by reason of such use. I further agree that all photographs published and used by HUES LLC platforms are trademarked and considered sole intellectual property of HUES LLC.
